Thai Chi

Tai Chi is a gentle and effective method of exercise for all ages. For children, it improves coordination, relieves stress, and enhances concentration. This helps create balance for this fast-paced world we currently live in. The first semester of school the children learn Tai Chi for Kids which uses imagery to facilitate activity and allows for child to tap into their creative self. The second semester the children are taught Tai Chi for Beginners, which is the foundation for learning the 24 Form Yang style that is studied world-wide. Children like challenge and trying new things. These studies allow for harmony of the inner and outer self.
